Very comfortable for a one night stay. Free private parking available and walking distance to main Jeonju attractions. Also close to supermarkets and across the street from a convenience store.

Comfortable stay with a short cumbersome experience
Location - close to shops and 5-10mins away from most of my destinations. Emart and a seafood restaurant right in front of the hotel - very convenient. Free use of washing machine and dryer. Clean room and toilet. Room slippers were provided though it was not mentioned while booking. The receptionists are very nice, accommodating and they speak English.
The deluxe twin room is not really as big & spacious as it looks in the advertised picture. The hotel only allocate1 bath towel for a twin-bed room. Had to keep on asking for the extra bath towel and the floor towel/ mat. On the night of 10Jun, the hotel's boiler burst and there was no water supply hence, we couldn't shower nor use the toilet. A number of guests checked out with refund, but we opted to stay hoping the boiler would be fixed sooner and we negotiated for a good supply of bottled water for the night which they did. After the incident, the dryer kept on tripping so we had to wait while using it. Microwave oven on Floor #2 not working throughout our stay.

We would choose it again
We booked a Deluxe Family Room with two beds. It was very comfortable, with a sofa like bench at the window. The beds were very comfortable. There was no noise at night, neither from the street, nor from the hall or other rooms. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection of dishes, and at a reasonable price. We also appreciated the free parking in the underground car park.
A second luggage rack would be nice, particularly because there is enough space for one.
